As executor of the Estate of John J Clark, I was given the responsibility of selling his condominium quickly. A preliminary inspection revealed it was in deplorable condition and would require extensive clean up and redecorating. It was my good fortune to have been referred to Stage To Sell. One meeting with Mary convinced me that I had found the right person for the task.
Mary proved to be a tireless take-charge person who arranged for a total clean up of the apartment from top to bottom. She hired the crew, outlined what had to be done, choose the paint, had the rugs cleaned and arranged for accent pieces to give some style to the rooms and transformed the apartment into a sparkling home which anyone would enjoy. She supervised the whole process, made all the decisions, and provided me with quite a transformation. I should add that after the one and only open house it resulted in 5 offers.
I consider that a successful bottom line. I cannot say enough about your professionalism and I can wholeheartedly recommend Stage to any one with a similar need.
